We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products and we belive in the quality of our products.Therefore you get a 14 day money back guaranty with your first buy.
If you are not completelly satisfied with your purchase you can give the product back within 14 days after delivery and we will refund you the purchased price (less a service fee of 10% of the actual purchased price).
Why the service fee?
The guaranty is subject to the following terms.

The guaranty is subject to the following terms:- The guaranty is valid for these products: Software Call It (all Editions), Software DbTransfer (all Editions).
- The guaranty starts with the day of delivery of the product purchased.
- The guaranty ends at the beginning of the 15th day after the delivery of the purchased product.
- The guaranty is valid for the first buy per each customer.
- Send us the Refund Statement with all fields filled and signed.
- Send us the Refund Statement before the end of the guaranty.
- The actually purchased price (less a service fee of 10% of the actual purchased price) will be refunded to you.
- The refund will only be made to a bank account via bank transfer.
- If the refund will be send to a bank account outside of the European Union, the bank account holder has to pay all bank service fees.
- The product has to be given back immediately.
- If the product is a Software, all copies of it have to be immediately and permanently deleted.
- If the product is a Software, all copies of the license key have to be immediately and permanently deleted.
- If the product is a Software, all further usages of the Software and/or the License Key after claiming a refund is ilegal and subject to indemnity.
Why the service fee?
We sell our products via our partner MyCommerce.Because of that we have to pay commision fees to MyCommerce even when a product is refunded.
Therefore we have to charge a service fee upon refund to compensate that.
